As 2024 wraps up, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our accomplishments and achievements throughout the year. From connecting with farmers in the field to giving back to the community, Ag Leader continues to focus on what’s most important. . . people.
Below are 24 highlights for Ag Leader, a company that remains privately-owned and family-operated, in 2024.

- In September, Ag Leader launched its new website, which is more user-friendly and informative, so visitors have the best possible experience. Agleader.com features a refreshed design, a comprehensive homepage that highlights our seven product lines, and product landing pages that showcase specific product lines in one place.
- Ag Leader refreshed its brand, introducing a new brandmark. The main goal of the brand refresh was to clarify and provide consistency across our company. It also gives Ag Leader the opportunity to renew its story and purpose.
- In October, Ag Leader launched the next generation of the InCommand display. The InCommand Go 16 and 10 allow farmers to see more information and enhance the user experience in the cab, while making it simpler to stay connected across every field activity on the farm.
- Ag Leader launched the We Are Ag Leader series, which highlights the great work our employees are doing. The blogs, which are in a Q&A format, can be found here: agleader.com/blog/category/articles/.
- In July, Ag Leader celebrated its interns at a luncheon in the Ag Leader Academy. In 2024, Ag Leader hosted 23 interns across 11 different departments.
- Ag Leader launched the Why I Ag Leader Series across its social channels to shine a spotlight on its Blue Delta dealers, an elite group of precision ag specialists. Dealerships featured included 5th Gen Ag, AgRevolution, O’Neil’s Farm Equipment, HTS Ag, Peterson Ag Service, Precision Farming Solutions, FullField Ag, Precision Agri Services, Park Farms Computer Systems, and Agro-Chem.
- Ag Leader welcomed new dealers in North America across 17 states and two providences including Alabama, Alberta, Arkansas, Arizona, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Saskatchewan, and Tennessee this year. By expanding our dealer network, Ag Leader can provide an increased level of service and support to farmers across North America.
- Ag Leader added territory managers in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin to better serve its expanding dealer network.
- Ag Leader announces enhanced AgFiniti/John Deere Operations Center integration. Users can now manually or automatically upload files, in addition to download files, between AgFiniti and John Deere Operations Center.
- Ag Leader territory managers in North America traveled 70,000+ miles with the RightSpot Rangers demonstrating nozzle-by-nozzle sprayer technology to more than 400 farmers across 36 states. Internationally, the RightSpot Ranger traveled to multiple countries including Denmark, France, and Hungary.
- Ag Leader products are built to order at the company’s headquarters in Ames, Iowa. To provide high-quality customer service, production has gone from a 7-day lead time on orders to a 5-day lead time – OR LESS – in many instances.
- Ag Leader shipped or sold products to 42 different countries.
- Ag Leader has facilities in Australia, Brazil, and the Netherlands. While displays and steering comprise most of our international sales, we now have RightSpot and SureSpeed customers in each of these three regions.
- To commemorate Ag Leader turning 32 this year, we set our 2024 United Way of Central Iowa goal at $32,000. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, Ag Leader surpassed that goal! The funds raised are invested in community programs and initiatives addressing the challenges people are facing across the state.
- As elite precision farming experts for Ag Leader, more than 100 members of the Blue Delta network gathered at the 2024 Blue Delta Dealer Summit in Iowa where they were honored for their achievements. During this two-day event, these leaders learned about the latest technology advancements and market trends as well as best practices for running a successful precision ag business providing industry-leading service.
- Ag Leader recognized 45 loyal employees for 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service. Ag Leader’s roots in innovation allow employees to take ownership of their work and make an impact from day one on the job.
- Ag Leader was a special awards sponsor in the annual State Science and Technology Fair of Iowa, presenting the “Ag Leader Innovation Awards” to two high school students. A dynamic platform for young minds in grades 6 to 12 to present their STEM research projects, the fair featured over 600 participants showcasing more than 480 projects.
- Throughout the year, more than 70 dealers celebrated milestone anniversaries (5 to 25+ years) as an Ag Leader dealer. We are thankful for our dedicated dealers in the field who work tirelessly to share how Ag Leader products can impact a farmer’s operation.
